First Day of the Rest of my Life

mindset Jul 05, 2022

Happy Monday!

Today feels like the first day of the rest of my life.

I moved into my new apartment in London on Thursday. It feels like such a commitment but I am so excited to have my own home with no plans for long term travel for a while.

If you missed it, I decided that I'm not going back to Bali - and I explained why in a youtube video.

One of the main reasons is that I want to work more.

Does that sound mad?

We have a great system going in The Furnace, but I also want to take on some clients for some really intense coaching. This will be coming in the next couple of months.

I love helping women and I feel like I needed more structure in my life to be more productive.

Plus London is expensive folks! So I will be even more motivated to work and be creative.

So this Monday morning, I am feeling ready to get lots of new clients set up on The Furnace.

But then I realised it is the middle of the Summer.

This is the slowest time for personal trainers, as people are away, or travelling, or realistically - lots of people think that they can't make any progress towards their goals during the Summer.

But there is some behaviour that can change or small action that can be changed that can have you feeling good every day.

So I have decided to slash the price of The Furnace today, just in case anybody was thinking of signing up.

This is your sign :)

I am offering 25% off each of the three payments.

That means that for only about €17 a week, you can have access to 12 weeks of videos on nutrition and mindset, as well as workouts depending on whether you are training at home, or in the gym - or even not at all!

I just received this feedback from Elaine who finished up her 12 weeks last week.

With my 40th birthday approaching I realised I had spent over 20yrs dieting!! I wanted something sustainable so I could stop the cycle of being “on or off the wagon”! I was fairly knowledgable about calories but wanted more knowledge about macros and exercise. I realised I wasn’t eating enough protein/fat and once I did I was so surprised with how much it satisfied me. I loved the tracker,it made it easy to see how you can have some higher calorie days but overall and still stay within your calories over the week. I felt so much more relaxed around food/drinks knowing that I wasn’t ruining anything by having a bit more occasionally and never felt like I had “blown a diet or would start again on Monday” because I was never hungry or having cravings, which might have led me to over indulge before. I could also accept when I wasn’t going to drop body fat because I had prioritised other things some weeks. The watsap group, live Q&As and weekly check-ins where all great supports. After the furnace I feel more knowledgable, fitter and it’s changed my mindset for the better. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get out of the binge/restrict cycle and live a guilt free life with a sustainable approach to keeping healthy. 💪
