What To Expect When You Sign Up
STEP 1: Tell us about yourself
To give you the best support possible, we ask you to complete a simple questionnaire. This allows us understand where you are at now and your goals, so we can build a plan to get you there.
STEP 2: Introducing you to The Furnace
We know it can be a little scary, so we've created a series of introduction videos to help you understand exactly what you need to do. We will also add you to our community groups and introduce you to the coaches!
STEP 3: Getting Started
Your coach will assign you your workouts and you will have full access to week 1. This includes videos on nutrition and mindset as well as your workouts. Every week you will gain access to new videos to help you get the best results.
STEP 4: Checking In
You'll fill in your individual tracker weekly so that we can assess your progress or struggles and help guide you for the week ahead.
